Black Bean Vegetable Chili

Heat oil in large kettle over medium heat. Add onion, green and red pepper, and garlic. Cook until tender. Stir in black beans, tomatoes, jalapenos, chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in corn and cook an additional 5 minutes.
